Traci J. Wolf founded the law firm in 1990 and the firm has been in continuous operation since that time. The majority of Ms. Wolf's legal practice has been devoted to representing the legal needs of the business community, including serving as general counsel for several local, regional and national corporations. In her capacity representing business clients, Ms. Wolf routinely handles commercial real estate transactions involving commercial development and acquisition, as well as helping small businesses with succession planning. During Ms. Wolf's experience of over thirty years, she has represented sellers, buyers, lenders, and minority shareholders in an extensive number of merger and acquistion transctions involving the purchase and sale of businesses. She has also represented clients in the gaming industry. Representative clients of Ms. Wolf have included Defined Fitness, Clear Channel Outdoor, and Downs at Albuquerque Racetrack and Casino.

In addition to business law, Ms. Wolf handles complex domestic relations matters. Ms. Wolf has been selected by the Bernalillo County Second Judicial District Court Judges to serve as a settlement facilitator for the Court. In this capacity, Ms. Wolf is frequently called upon to assist the Court to settle difficult cases pending before the Court.

Ms. Wolf's practice also includes representing employers with regard to all employment law matters including, but not limited to issues involved in risk management, hiring, discipline, and termination. On behalf of its clients, the law firm of Wolf & Fox actively oversees the management of over 1000 employees and when necessary, represents it clients in employment law litigation in both State and Federal Court.
